Students Share Their Thoughts

My name is Deina Delgado. Back in high school, I attended Miami Valley CTC for Allied Health, where I received my State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) license. I started to work right after I graduated but wanted some-thing more than just my STNA. I looked into the adult education program to become a Licensed Practical Nurse and with the help from a program (Aspire) that provides free math instruction to adults, I was able to pass my entrance exam. I recommend coming to these classes if you have been out of high school for a while. I am really grateful for the Aspire Program and everything I learned while coming. I cannot wait to start the LPN Program in November!
