Four-Week Logistics Training Program Offered

New Jobs in Logistics!

Training is available for opportunities in the warehouse/distribution industry.

The logistics industry is growing at a rate of 6.9% annually and adds 1,210 new job opportunities per year.

OhioMeansJobs │ Montgomery County (OMJ │MC) has teamed up with MVCTC Adult Ed to offer a four-week training program to prepare qualified job seekers for jobs with local warehouse and distribution centers.

This four-week training program includes:

Week 1 - Job readiness training at OMJ │MC
Weeks 2-4 – Training at MVCTC where you can earn the National Career Readiness Credential (NCRC), Certified Logistics Associate (CLA) and Safety and Forklift Certifications
Participation in a private industry focused Reverse Job Fair where you can directly showcase your knowledge, skills and abilities to local employers hiring for open positions in warehouse and distribution centers.
Guaranteed interviews with companies that have immediate openings for jobs here in the Dayton area.
