She especially appreciates the support for the program and the students at MVCTC.

Anne is married and has two grown sons. Her husband, John, is retired from the Air Force; sons, John Charles and George, work in a videography business and as interpreter for the hearing impaired, respectively. Anne has a wide variety of interests as she enjoys reading, doing crafts, engaging in equestrian arts, conducting dog training and studying various languages. Her favorite memory involves a successful student with limited abilities who returned with his fiancé and business flyer advertising his successful dog training enterprise. This memory illustrates Anne’s statement about what makes her proud to be a member of the MVCTC staff. Anne stated, “I like the way that everything possible is done to insure student success.” Anne Breden is an essential ingredient in the student success recipe for MVCTC.

Anne’s dedication is reflected in the quote from Lauren Anglemyer, graduate of the Veterinary Aide program at MVCTC. According to Lauren, one of her most memorable moments, “…was learning from a teacher who knows what she is doing and wants to help you succeed.” Lauren Anglemyer is currently employed as a Veterinary Assistant at Animals Unlimited in Jackson, Ohio.

Lauren appreciated the opportunity to learn how to draw blood from her animal patients. She stated that she was good at learning from hands on experiences. Lauren added that her experience was sensational in MVCTC’s Adult Education classes. She learned an abundant amount of knowledge that helped her gain the job of her dreams. According to Lauren, “MVCTC means the world to me. It has been very beneficial to my success in the job that I love.”
