For
a student in the School-to-Apprenticeship Program to be successful certain requirements
and responsibilites have been established. Parent/Guardian responsibilities
are listed below.
Have a dedication and commitment to ensure your son's or daughter's participation
Recognize the policies that guide the STA program and actively monitor
your son's/daughter's ability to meet the pace of the program.
Understand that the student must have reliable means of transportation
to and from school and work site(s)
Must attend meeting and sign an "agreement of understanding"
contract between student, sponsor, instructor, parent/guardian, and STA
coordinator
