Report Sexual, Racial, or Disability Harassment


The Miami Valley Career Technology Center is committed to providing a safe, learning environment for staff and students. One way we can all work together to accomplish this is for you to report concerns that you have. If you have knowledge of or a concern about an offense or an illegal activity you would like to share, please report it! Thank you in advance for your cooperation.


Any threatening, insulting, dehumanizing gesture, use of technology, or written, verbal, or physical conduct directed against another student on the basis of race, disability, or other Protected Classes that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive educational environment; or interferes with a student's ability to participate in or benefit from the district's educational program.

"Sexual Harassment" means conduct on the basis of sex that satisfies one or more of the following:
  1. a Board employee conditioning the provision of an aid, benefit, or service on an individual's participation in unwelcome sexual conduct (often called "quid pro quo" harassment);
  2. unwelcome conduct determined by a reasonable person to be so severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive that it effectively denies a person equal access to the school's educational program; or
  3. "sexual assault" as defined in 20 U.S.C. 1092(f)(6)A(v), or "dating violence" as defined in 34 U.S.C. 12291(a)(10), "domestic violence" as defined in 34 U.S.C. 12291(a)(8), or "stalking" as defined in 34 U.S.C. 12291(a)(30).
