Quote from Billie Crumbaker, Eric's mother, "What surprised us most about apprenticeship was the opportunities that were available to my child. He is able to make a decent wage while going to school at the same time. He gets free on-the-job training, putting him a year ahead of other students not participating in the apprenticeship program. Plus, his employer is giving him the opportunity to further his education by paying for college courses to benefit him and the company."
