On October 12th, MVCTC Dual Community Service project called “No One Fights Alone”

On October 12th, MVCTC CTSOs will be holding a dual community service project called “No One Fights Alone.”

We will be holding the 5th annual Walk for Wolfe to support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. We will be pre-selling shirts again this year until 2:30 pm on Monday, October 8th. The cost of the shirt is $10. We accept cash or checks (made out to MVCTC). 

MVCTC will also be collecting donations for the homeless at the St. Vincent Homeless Shelter in Dayton, OH.    

Items you may donate are (unused):

  • Body wash
  • Toothpaste
  • Baby lotion     
  • Deodorant      
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Tissues        
  • Lip balm     
  • Soap        
  • Baby wipes

The walk will take place on Friday, October 12th,  in two different sessions. The juniors will walk from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Seniors will walk from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Everyone should meet in front of the west building.

To participate in the walk, you must either:

  • Buy a shirt and bring in an item for St. Vincent or
  • Bring $1 and an item for St. Vincent.

You can drop your donations off during the Walk for Wolfe at the first station.
