A Message from the Superintendent
						Change is the only constant for the future. And in today's technology-driven, information-intensive, skill-oriented world, the future is only heartbeats away.
			At Miami Valley Career Technology Center, we are preparing for the future today. A diverse group of school and community stakeholders has outlined a strategic plan designed to help us become a high-performance organization where a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement is a defining characteristic. In a world of competing priorities, the Miami Valley Career Technology Center Strategic Plan helps to clarify for all stakeholders what is "most important." It serves as a blueprint for responsible and effective utilization of our human and fiscal resources. And perhaps most practically, it keeps all members of the MVCTC team headed in the right direction. We must continue to provide a meaningful curriculum with a vigorous academic base - and we must stay responsive to changing customer needs and economic realities. If not, the role we play as a career and workforce development center will be dismissed. Our strategic plan is a useful tool in directing and supporting our efforts as we move into a new century.
