MVCTC Culinary Supervisor Classes

MVCTC Adult Education offers training and certification for careers in Culinary. Ghada, an MVCTC Graduate, offered the following testimonial about her training with Chef Gary Obrien.

“I really enjoyed attending the culinary class with you and Chef Gary. It was very helpful for me especially when I got my job at the school cafeteria. I had to know everything about hygiene, how to prepare food for kids, how to hold food at correct temperatures, how to serve it for them, and how to clean up. So I’m happy that I participated in this class because I can do my job without asking my manager every time how to do something. “
