MVCTC Adult Education Aspire Construction/Plumbing Basics Orientation Session. Free for eligible students. Construction/Plumbing Basics will help eligible students earn their high school diploma (minimum 22 years of age) and get certified in Core Construction and Level 1 Plumbing in just six months.
