1098-T Tax Forms

1098-T’s will be mailed to students who were enrolled in a full-time program in 2015 no later than January 30, 2016. If you have moved since you enrolled in classes, please make sure the office has your correct mailing address. For any student who was enrolled in a part-time class and would like a 1098-T, please call the office (937-854-6297) with your social security number and current mailing address.
