• Learn to safely prepare a variety of foods in a commercial kitchen

• Earn the following certifications:
  • ServSafe Manager
  • ServSafe Allergens
  • ServSafe Workplace
  • CPR/First Aid 
  • AHLEI- Hospitality & Tourism Management
