MVCTC’s Program prepares students to become a Certified Registered Central Service Technician,(CRCST Certification). Dawn Pennington, 2012 graduate, is employed at Miami Valley South. Dawn serves on the MVCTC Program Advisory Committee and is a Preceptor for students in the Program during their Clinical Externship. While not involved with direct patient care, this area offers the opportunity to provide vital support to all areas and interact with personnel from all areas of the hospital. The CRCST Certification is accredited by both the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
