Description
These positions are responsible for but not limited to: assist loading material from semi trucks to the roofs we are working on, secure and protect the material in storage. If it is a new roof installation you will assist with cleaning the work area for installation of material using blowers, brooms or whatever is needed, assist with placing adhesive on the installation area, using various hand and power tools to fasten insulation board in place, assist with rolling out the membrane roofing material and cutting to size, help place the prepped material in place, assist with rolling the membrane down to the rooftop, this will be the process until the roof is is in place. After the main roof is in place trim work will begin using various hand and power tools to complete the installation.
We also do reroofs meaning we remove the existing roofing material and replace it. To remove a existing roof we use various hand and power tools i.e. gasoline driven saws, push carts, axes, spud bars and more. After the existing roof is removed we start installation of the new roofing material using various hand and power tools.
We also install metal metal coping, metal roof and metal wall panels. This may start while the membrane roofing is being installed. To install the metal panels you may need to work out of a aerial lift. To install metal panels you will use power tools such as power/hand snips, hammer drills, tape measure, levels and various other hand tools.

Days / Hours
Hours do vary by season and workload. Typical hours are 6:30 to 3:30. During peak workloads overtime is available and encouraged.
Pay Range & Benefits
Pay will vary with experience but will be in the range of $17 to $25 per hour.
