Description

Position Summary: The Entry Level Fabricator’s primary responsibility is to assist the Product Team
with order fulfillment, including but limited to logistics and fabrication.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Stock Parts in accordance with FIFO
• Help Maintain Yard Organization
• Raw and finished inventory counts
• Clean, Organize and Tidy the Shop
• Build & Fuse HDPE Poly pipe and fittings
• Cleaning of threads on all MPT/FPT fittings after galvanizing
• Assist Welders by pulling parts and/or Operating Saw
• Assist with Order Fulfilment and learn all shipping software and procedures
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off parts as needed around Dayton and surrounding areas
• Responsible for accurately identifying and moving all finished products to the proper location
• Ensure all equipment is properly set up and used in a safe manner
• Trained to safely operate a Forklift
• Monitor equipment and request maintenance when required
• Perform simple maintenance and repair as required
• Embraces culture of curiosity and strives to make customers lives easier

Skills

Other Duties and Responsibilities:
• Required to have proper and accurate entry into the time and attendance system
• Other job-related duties as may be necessary to carry out the responsibilities of this position
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Prefer at least 3 years experience in a manufacturing/distribution warehouse. Experience or
knowledge in machining or mechanical repair, along with forklift certification. Experience with
HDPE fusion machines a plus, but not necessary.
