Description

• Prepare weld test specimens for evaluation – knowledge of welding helpful but not required
• Moving baskets of material using a pallet jack or forklift
• Packing boxes for shipment.
• Driving a forklift to load and unload trucks and put away material
• Operating bandsaw(s) and handling parts after cutting
• Cleaning shop areas
• Other tasks required for an orderly machine shop

Skills

Attention to detail and deadlines
Ability to multi-task
Must be able to lift 50 lbs frequently
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop

Days / Hours

7:30 to 4 pm, Monday through Friday

Pay Range & Benefits

16.50-18/ hour
