Commercial HVAC Technician
Location: Dayton, OH
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to service and repair commercial HVAC systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and a clean driving record. You will represent the company on customer sites and ensure high-quality workmanship and service.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, ventilation units, boilers).

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system testing.

Install commercial HVAC equipment, ductwork, and controls in accordance with code and specifications.
Complete service tickets, work orders, and documentation accurately.

Communicate repair needs and recommendations to customers and the office.
Maintain safe work practices and follow OSHA requirements.

Keep the company vehicle and tools organized and in good working condition.

Qualifications
3+ years of commercial HVAC experience (required).

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

EPA 608 certification (required).

Ability to work independently without supervision.

Clean and valid driver's license (required).

Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.

HVAC trade school or equivalent field experience preferred.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in various environments.
