Description

We are looking for a motivated high school student interested in learning the trade. This is an entry-level position designed for someone who wants hands-on experience in a real working shop environment.

No experience required — just a good attitude and willingness to learn.

Skills

Assist with general shop tasks and cleanup
Help move and organize materials (steel, parts, etc.)
Support cutting, grinding, and basic fabrication work
Learn to safely use shop tools and equipment
Assist experienced welders and fabricators on projects
Keep work areas clean and organized

Willingness to learn and take direction
Shows up on time and ready to work
Positive attitude — no drama
Interest in welding, fabrication, or trades is a big plus
Ability to work on your feet and lift materials (with guidance)

Days / Hours

Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm
