Description

As a full-time Real Art Shop Hand, you’ll play a key role in supporting our fabrication team and bringing creative projects to life. In this hands-on position, you’ll help maintain shop equipment, keep our workspace organized and running smoothly, coordinate material pickups and deliveries, and assist with fabrication and build projects in our Dayton, OH facility. If you enjoy working with your hands, being part of a collaborative team, and contributing to unique builds, this is a great opportunity to grow in a dynamic production environment.

Skills

Must be:
18 years of age or older
High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Willing/able to travel.
Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
Have experience in and familiarity with hand and power tools and must possess knowledge how to use them and do so safely
Have normal vision, hearing and physical dexterity.
Possess the ability to withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending, kneeling, and lifting as well as do your own laboring which may involve heavy weights (up to 50 lbs).
Possess the ability to work from ladders when the task requires.
Possess the ability to work in adverse weather conditions, varying temperatures or in loud environments.
