Maintenance and repair skills: Plumbing, Electric, Carpentry, Drywall, Turnovers, Grounds
Prior apartment/residential maintenance experience preferred
Quality-minded
Good communication skills
Ability to manage priorities
Team player
Reliable attendance
Rotating on-call availability
Maintained vehicle, valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance
Clean drug screen and background check

Days / Hours

Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 5pm

Pay Range & Benefits

$22.00 to $28.00
