Description
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Learning all the manufacturing processes of fabricating custom wood plantation shutters. Including cutting, drilling, doweling, ripping, mortising, sanding, painting and framing.
2. Learn how to install shutters and other window treatments.
3. Help maintain and improve a clean and organize shop environment through 5s.

Days / Hours
Typical hours are 9am-5pm weekdays and Saturday 10am - 2:00pm. We can be flexible and it doesn't have to be full time.
Pay Range & Benefits
Based on skills typical entry level starting 17.00/hr. with evaluation at 90 days and every year after. Accrued PTO time after 90-day evaluation period. Direct deposit, Flexible scheduling, 6 paid holidays.
