Description

Local non-profit currently seeking a part time administrative assistant independent contractor to support the Executive Director and the association.

Work includes data entry, outbound calls, appointment setting, document and report writing and other miscellaneous small tasks. This part of the work can be done remotely.

We also are in need of an assistant to attend in-person and zoom monthly meetings for registrations, purchases, and meeting support.

Willing to split this position for someone who can do only one or the other aspect of this role.

Days / Hours

For the remote work, it can be completed weekly with a combination of regular business hours and additional hours at your discretion

Monthly, we have 6 evening weekday meetings (5pm or later) and 1 Saturday morning meeting. Some months can have an additional 1-2 evening meetings. All meetings are typically on the same day of the month each month.


Pay Range & Benefits

$14-$17/hr
Independent contractor, 1099 for taxes
