Description

The Lube Technician position is a non-exempt hourly rate (plus bonus potential) position in which the associate will greet and enter guest information into the lube system, diagnose vehicle needs for oil change and additional services based on manufacturer recommendations, mileage and known service history, make service recommendations to the guest and complete them with the highest level of customer service. Perform oil change and other services ordered by guests using trained procedures and safety call outs.
