The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in preparing quality food, and works well as part of a team. This position is responsible for preparing menu items, maintaining food safety standards, and helping create a positive dining experience for our guests.

Skills

Basic knife skills and food preparation techniques
Food preparation and cooking techniques
Grill, fryer, sauté, and oven operation
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Time management and multitasking
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Following recipes and portion-control guidelines
Kitchen organization and cleanliness
Inventory management and stock rotation (FIFO)
Teamwork and communication skills
Attention to detail and food presentation
Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously
Understanding of allergen awareness and dietary restrictions

Days / Hours

Hours and days can vary, flexible scheduling.
Hours of operation are:
Monday-Thursday: 4pm-11pm
Friday-Saturday: 11am-12am
Sunday: 11am-11pm
