No experience is required—just great hand eye coordination, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret work orders and related instructions to complete tasks accurately.

Perform basic sewing machine maintenance, including replacing needles and cleaning equipment.

Select materials such as thread, fasteners, and other supplies according to job specifications.

Conduct quality checks on finished products, ensuring all items meet defined standards.

Inspect incoming materials (e.g., fabrics, zippers) for quality, condition, and readiness.

Operate various sewing machines, including:

Single needle machines

Multi needle sergers

Binding machines

Skills

If you have ever sewn as a hobby, that is a great start.

If hired, you will need to purchase appropriate safety shoes/ steel toed

Schedule: 1st Shift 7am - 3:30pm 2nd shift 3:30pm- 2:00am

Pay Range & Benefits

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
