Job Summary
Adare Pharma Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Inspector (Contract) to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet rigorous quality standards through inspection.
Duties
• Perform visual inspections of pharmaceutical products and packaging materials.
• Identify and segregate defective, damaged, or non-conforming products.
• Follow established inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Accurately document inspection findings and report quality concerns.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, safety, and company procedures.
• Support production activities as needed to meet business objectives.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with production and quality personnel regarding inspection results.
Experience
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or inspection experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Strong visual acuity and attention to detail.

Days / Hours

M-F 8 am-5:00 pm, but there can be flexibility. This is a 4–5-week contract with potential to extend based on business needs at the time.

Pay Range & Benefits

$18-20/hr. No benefits included since this is a short-term contract.
