How did MCJVS/MVCTC help you to be successful?
"If it weren't for MVCTC and the chefs teaching Culinary Arts, I would have never known how strong my passion for the kitchen was. Because of my two years at MVCTC, I moved to North Carolina to attend Johnson & Wales University, where I studied Culinary Arts and found a passion for wine. Going to school was also easier due to my experiences at MVCTC helping me get scholarships for school."
