Description

We are seeking motivated, hands-on individuals to join our team as Production Technicians in an aluminum manufacturing environment. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience through a structured cross-training program across multiple areas, including press operations, CNC lathes and mills, assembly, heat treat, and lube line processes. Employees will learn to operate equipment, follow work instructions and blueprints, perform quality checks, and support various production functions while building a strong foundation in manufacturing. The ideal candidate has a mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset, with an interest in developing versatile skills and growing into advanced roles within a fast-paced production environment.

Skills

Preferred (but not required) skills include experience with CNC lathe operation (such as tooling changes and basic adjustments), mechanical troubleshooting, familiarity with Fanuc robotic systems, and exposure to hydraulic systems.

Days / Hours

Monday-Saturday 7am - 3:30pm or 3pm - 11:30pm shift times may vary

Pay Range & Benefits

Rate can range from $17 - $23 per hour dependent on position and skill level.
