41st Annual MVCTC FFA Charity Auction Scheduled for December 10, 2021
The Miami Valley Career Technology Center FFA Chapter will host the 41st Annual Ronald McDonald House Charity Auction on December 10, 2021, from 11:30 am until 2:30 pm on the MVCTC Campus.
The MVCTC Board of Education took action in September that all staff, students, and visitors must wear face masks in an MVCTC building. While the district has significantly limited the number of events like the Charity Auction during the 2021-22 school year, we feel this event is important to host once again. With that being said, all GUESTS will be required to wear a face mask, regardless of their vaccination status. This is a non-negotiable item for anyone who participates in this event. The district will provide face masks at the check-in table.
All guests and visitors attending the Auction must sign in at the Main Office in the West Building. MVCTC uses the Raptor Visitor Management System as an additional component of our district's safety procedures. Visitors will be asked to present a valid state-issued ID upon entering the building. Once entry is approved, Raptor will issue a badge that identifies the visitor, the date, and the purpose of their visit.
The safety of our students is our highest priority, and the Raptor Visitor Management System provides a consistent way to keep our students and staff safe. Therefore, all visitors to the school must be scanned into the system and obtain a visitor badge. After you have signed in at the Main Office, visitors will be given a map showing where to park for the Auction. Students from the Criminal Justice Program will be assisting in helping guests find the Auction Parking and Auction Entrance.
Entry for the Auction is $1 and can be paid at the door to the Auction, not the Main Office door. MVCTC students must have permission from an instructor to attend the Auction.
