MVCTC Graphic Commercial Photography junior, Tiara Coppock, shared, "There are so many benefits to both staff and students in this trip to Woodland Cemetery. Students of both grades get lots of experience taking memorable photos. Juniors get the chance to break through the "normal" and get pictures of little details that people don't pay much attention to, which helps open their creative eyes. Both Juniors and Seniors get to participate in the Woodland Annual Photo Contest by September 27, 2021. To enter, the Juniors got the chance to learn the mounting process and the patience it takes for a print to dry. The Juniors also learned many excellent editing skills like enlarging their picture, dodging or burning, changing in contrast or color, and re-touching."
