MVCTC Congratulates Five Staff Members on Retirement in 2022
Englewood, Ohio – Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) thanks five employees for their years of dedicated service to MVCTC students and the district mission. Jay Byrne, Pam Derringer, Jim Fawley, Kelly Maxwell, and Chuck Phillabaum announced their retirements at the end of the 2021-2022 school year.

· Jay Byrne, 35 years in education with 22 years at MVCTC as the Principal of Youth Connections.
· Pam Derringer, 44.5 years in education with 42 years at MVCTC as Student Services Secretary.
· Jim Fawley, 54 years in education with 22 years at MVCTC as the Counselor at Youth Connections.
· Kelly Maxwell, 15 years in education at MVCTC as the Practical Nursing Instructor.
· Chuck Phillabaum, 11 years at MVCTC as the Auto Collision Instructor.
