MVCTC Students Place at State SkillsUSA

Englewood, Ohio – Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) students competed and placed in the Ohio SkillsUSA 2022 Contest in early May.

 

Graphic Commercial Art program winners included Advertising Design Silver Medal, Anthony Jones (Miamisburg) and T-Shirt Design Contest Silver Medal Jayda McQueen (Eaton).

 

MVCTC Aviation Maintenance Technician Program swept the Ohio SkillsUSA Aviation Maintenance Contest, winning Gold, Silver, and Bronze! Gold Medal – James Zbinden (Huber Heights), Silver Medal – Cainan Sink (Arcanum-Butler), and Bronze Medal - Joseph Lipscomb (Miamisburg).

MVCTC Cosmetology program had a Gold Winner in the Nail Care Contest! Congratulations to Courtney Frost (Huber Heights) and her model Olivia Van Schaik (Huber Heights).

James Zbinden and Courtney Frost will both be competing in the National SkillsUSA Competition this June in Atlanta, GA!
