The Culinary Arts Cafe will be opening this week on Wednesday October 26th to all staff and community. We will be open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Come and check out our new menu items this week. You may place a pre-order by emailing at culinarycafe@mvctc.com by 10:15 am. When placing your pre-order let us know if it’s take-out or dine-in and what time is the order for.

Soup Du Jour

Cheesy Potato

Hearty soup with potatoes and Cheddar cheese. Served with a Cheddar Bay biscuit. Cup $1.50 Bowl $2.75
Chicken and Dumplings
A classic preparation with a modern twist. Served with a Country Style biscuit. Cup $1.50 or Bowl $2.75

Salads

Culinary Café House Salad
Romaine and Iceberg lettuce with grape tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, red onions,
Cheddar cheese, fresh croutons, and choice of dressing. $2
Cranberry Pecan Salad
Baby greens, grilled chicken, dried cranberries, pears, blue cheese, and candied pecans all tossed with a whole grain honey mustard maple dressing. $6

Deli

Traditional Rueben
Corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and 1000 island dressing. Served with
potato chips or creamy potato salad. $6

Portabella & Sun Dried Tomato Panini
A hot pressed sandwich with marinated grilled portabella, sun dried tomato spread, spinach, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.

Pizza
Fresh made crust with your choice of toppings. $5
Special Pizza of the week- Bacon Chicken Ranch. $6

Chicken Parmesan
Parmesan crusted chicken breast on a bed of pasta, tossed in a light tomato cream sauce. Served with garlic bread. $8

Pan-fried Boneless Pork with Cherry Demi-Glaze
Two 3 ounce medallions, lightly breaded, pan fried golden brown, and topped with cherry demi-glaze. Served with garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed asparagus, and a freshly baked roll with butter. $8

Blackened Salmon
A 6 ounce filet dusted with Cajun seasoning then blackened. Served with garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed asparagus, and a freshly baked roll with butter. $9
