Construction Carpentry and Heavy Equipment Collaborate
MVCTC Construction Carpentry and Heavy Equipment students in collaboration with Northmont City Schools, and the Northmont Rotary Club are building a Reflection Garden in memory of Dr. Monica Richardson. Dr. Richardson was the principal at Northwood Elementary for many years and lost her battle with cancer in May of 2016. Dr. Richardson was a strong proponent for all children and lived life with an enthusiasm for learning. She taught those around her to love with vigor and to fight with dignity. The joint project is being constructed on the grounds of Northwood Elementary in the Northmont School District.
