PSA Airlines Introduces Industry Leading Pathway Program For Maintenance Professionals

DAYTON, Ohio – PSA Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines, is introducing an industry-leading program that provides the most valuable path for interested students at its partner schools to transition from the classroom to the aviation maintenance hangars at PSA. Through the partnership, students are eligible to receive up to $2,000 to cover the cost of earning their Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license and will receive immediate placement as a PSA mechanic once their certification is completed. PSA currently has premier partnerships with local schools Great Oaks Career Center, Miami Valley Career Technology Center and Sinclair Community College.

In addition to the support eligible students receive as part of the Maintenance Student Pathway Program, PSA offers its mechanics unparalleled advancement opportunities and top-notch benefits. Interested candidates enrolled at one of our partner schools who are within six to 12 months from graduation or from completing their A&P tests are eligible for this program.
