MVCTC Agriculture Pathway to Sinclair Community College
Englewood, Ohio – The Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) Agriculture and Livestock Production instructor, Mr. Bill Hershberger, was recently featured in the CCP Agriculture Newsletter from Sinclair College January/February 2020 Newsletter.
“Say hello to Mr. Bill Hershberger! Bill has been at MVCTC for 20 years, teaches CCP AG classes for Sinclair, and enjoys teaching the next generation about the opportunities that await in the field of agriculture! Bill is also on the Executive Advisory Board for the agricultural program at Sinclair College. Thanks for all you do, Bill!”
Also from the newletter, did you know "Currently, in the Miami Valley, there are 500 students in the Ag and Environmental Science pathway." At MVCTC, these students have the opportunity to earn College Credit Plus credits with Sinclair while still in high school.
Sinclair is offeirng a Meet and Greet event on March 12, at 6:30 p.m. at the Englewood Sinclair Campus. Interested students and parents can join Sinclair’s AG Director Dawn Allen while she gives you the in’s and out’s of the Agriculture Degree, including enrollment, advising and financial aid.
