MVCTC Auto Collision instructor Mr. Chuck Phillabaum started teaching full-time at MVCTC at the beginning of the 2011 school year. "I was first here as a substitute in the 2004-2005 school year. I continued subbing at MVCTC until I was offered a full-time position with Greene County Career Center as their Auto Collision Instructor. I taught at Greene County for five years before coming to MVCTC full-time."

"My favorite part of being an instructor is seeing my students go on and succeed in the Auto Collision Industry. I have quite a few out working right now.

2014 graduate Nathan Prather is now the Body Shop Manager of Reichard Chevrolet in Brookville. 2018 graduate Garrett Burton placed third in the State of Ohio SkillsUSA Contest when he was at MVCTC. He is now working for Nathan at Reichard. I have many others out working in different shops around the Miami Valley.

"Gabby McCarroll, who works at Abra Auto Collision in Dayton, is one of our young ladies that has been a great success story! A very hard worker!"

"I want potential students to know that auto collision repair is a great career choice! Many employers are looking to hire students from this program because they need young people to train to replace the highly skilled employees getting ready to retire. Students can earn certifications from ICAR, which will make them even more employable."
