Class of 2024 Schedule Pick-Up Nights
On August 2, 3, and 4 student and families from the Class of 2024 will be able to pick up student schedules, pay fees, and walk throughout campus.

Doors will open at 4:30 p.m. to pick up schedules and pay fees. There will be a brief presentation at 5:15 p.m. before students are released to pick up their laptops after which students and their families can visit their lab and walk the student schedule. If you cannot attend on the night that your program is designated, you can attend another night; however, your lab instructor may not be in attendance. If you cannot attend any of the nights, you will get your schedule and laptop on the first day of school.
Once you receive your schedule, should you have any questions, please contact your MVCTC school counselor. MVCTC school counselor’s information is enclosed. Staff will be available to answer questions during the above nights. Your schedule is based on the courses you requested when you applied to MVCTC and the alternative courses you specified. Your partner school counselor may have modified your request in order to meet their graduation requirements.
Schedule of events is as follows:
4:30 – 5:15 p.m. - Schedule pick up & fee payment
5:15 - 5:35 p.m. - Parent/student welcome meeting
5:35 – 6:00 p.m. - Laptop pick up
6:00 - 7:00 p.m. - Visit labs and meet instructors
