Welcome New Students

Englewood, Ohio -- The Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) staff welcomed students for their 51st year of classes on Thursday, August 11, 2022. MVCTC Superintendent Dr. Nick Weldy, staff, and MVCTC student ambassadors greeted over 1,000 junior students from 27 partner school districts enrolled for the 2022-2023 school year.

New for the 2022-2023 school year, MVCTC and has partnered with Vandalia-Butler Schools to offer Project Lead the Way for grades 6-8. This includes courses in career connections, design and modeling/automation and robotics.

Additionally, MVCTC opened a new satellite STEM program in partnership with Miamisburg Schools.  This course is offered to grades 9-12 and includes, design and modeling, engineering design, and robotics.

MVCTC is currently offering 30 satellite programs at 19 partner school district locations.
