MVCTC Aspire offers a FREE Certified Manufacturing Associate Program (and stipends!)
MVCTC’s Aspire program is excited to offer our community members a GREAT opportunity to earn their manufacturing associate certification so that they may gain employment right here within the Miami Valley area. This is a FREE short, 6-week course that will be held at the Montgomery County Job Center on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays from 8:30AM-2:30PM. In addition to online technical training modules, there will always be instructors present to support and supplement instruction. A large component of the program is to provide career readiness to our students as well. If you have potential candidates for this opportunity, please note the information sessions and screenings. Classes start Tuesday February 28, so they can potentially gain employment by mid-April. Upon successful completion of the program, students are eligible to earn up to $1200 and gain employment.
Eligible candidates do NOT have to have a GED/HS diploma.

- TRAINING - Successfully complete career skills training and manufacturing technical skills credentialing.

No Experience Necessary!
Pay for successful completion of milestones
