MVCTC Graphic Commercial Art student, Danielle Williams (Versailles) was named the winner of the 2010 Ohio Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE) Darrell Parks Scholarship. This award is given annually to a high school student enrolled in an Ohio Career and Technical Program.
