Conference schedules will fill up fast as appointments are made on a first-call, first-scheduled basis. All conferences should be scheduled before October 20th. Due to the limited number of appointment times available, scheduling conferences with all of your child’s teachers may be impossible. If you cannot schedule a conference and feel it is urgent to meet with a specific teacher, please contact them directly for a phone conference. If you are connected to our voice mail system when attempting to contact an instructor by phone, please leave a message. The message should include the student’s name, your name, and a phone number where you may be contacted during the day.
In some cases, teacher(s) may feel it is important for them to initiate the conference process and may call you to schedule a conference.
Make plans now to attend conferences and schedule a preferred time slot. We look forward to seeing you on November 2nd.
