Englewood, Ohio – The Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) proudly announces that five outstanding students have earned top honors at the Ohio FCCLA State Leadership Conference, qualifying them to compete at the FCCLA National Leadership Conference in Orlando, Florida, from July 4–10, 2025.
These students demonstrated exceptional leadership, professionalism, and skill in their respective competitive events and will represent both MVCTC and Ohio on the national stage:
Emma Bergbigler (Eaton) – 1st Place, Leadership – National Qualifier
Ashlyn Bailey (Miamisburg) – 2nd Place, Entrepreneurship – National Qualifier
Ayanna New (Arcanum-Butler) – 3rd Place, Job Interview – National Qualifier
Krishia Ewing (West Carrollton) – 3rd Place, Leadership – National Qualifier
Makai Kincaid (Vandalia-Butler) – 3rd Place, Nutrition and Wellness

FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) is a career and technical student organization that promotes personal growth and leadership development through Family and Consumer Sciences education. MVCTC’s FCCLA chapter continues to prepare students for success through opportunities to compete, lead, and grow.
