MVCTC Student, Jordan Hetzer, Awarded 3rd Place in 3rd District Congressional Art Competition

Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) Graphic Arts senior, Jordan Hetzer (Vandalia) was awarded third place in Congressman Turner’s 2011 3rd District Congressional Art Competition. Jordan’s entry was selected after judges reviewed 290 entries from area high schools.
