MVCTC Student Wins State Art Contest

Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) Graphic Commercial Art student, Sara Thompson (Miami East), was awarded first place in the 2012 Ohio Association for Career and Technical Educations (ACTE) Art Competition. Students were asked to submit a piece of artwork that illustrated their chosen career-technical education field. Sara will receive $100 for her first place win and her artwork will be showcased at the 2012 All-Ohio Career, Technical, and Adult Education Conference July 31-August 2 at the Hyatt Regency in Columbus, Ohio.
