MVCTC Student Receives Award Honoring Preble County Native, Jonathan Fultz

Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) Electrical Trades senior student, Tyler Sizemore (Preble Shawnee), was awarded the fourth annual Jonathan Fultz Memorial Scholarship. This award honors the memory of Jonathan Fultz, a 1987 graduate from Preble Shawnee High School and Montgomery County Joint Vocational School (presently MVCTC) Electrical Trades program. Jonathan began his career as an apprentice electrician with the Wagner-Smith Company after high school and achieved the status of Project Manager before his death in July 2008. His mother, Mrs. Helen Fultz, and his brother, Mr. Dan Fultz, in order to honor Jonathan’s memory and to assist an MVCTC Electrical Trades student with the total payment of lab fees, established this award.
