MVCTC Receives "A" Rating on New Ohio Career Technical Report Card

The Ohio Department of Education (ODE) released the new Career-Technical Planning District (CTPD) Report Card the week of August 19, 2013. According to ODE, “The new rating system is believed to be the first of its kind in the nation to use A to F letter grades and to exceed the requirements of the federal Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Technical Education Act.”
The data from the new report card is for students from the graduating class of 2011 in each of Ohio’s 91 CTPD’s. MVCTC was one of only 11 CTPD’s in Ohio to receive an A rating in all areas.
