Fire / EMS Program Renovation
Sealed bids will be accepted by the Miami Valley Career Technology Center until 2:00 pm EDST, April 1, 2014, for its Fire / EMS Program Renovation South Building, after which they will be publicly opened and read in the Board Room of the Adult Education Building at 6801 Hoke Road, Clayton, Ohio. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Address bids to the Office of the Treasurer, Miami Valley Career Technology Center, Administrative Offices, 6801 Hoke Road, Clayton, Ohio 45315. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, March 14 at 2:00 pm at the MVCTC Administrative Offices Board Room, 6801 Hoke Road, Clayton, OH. Contract Documents will be available to download from App Architecture's FTP site starting Wednesday, March 5. Email your request to marilyn.stein@app-arch.com and you will receive an email with downloading instructions. Contract Documents will also be available for purchase from BlueServ Reprographics, 3313 Seajay Drive, Beavercreek, Ohio, 45430, 937.426.6410, www.blueservrepro.com. These documents will be ready for purchase starting Wednesday, March 5.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The MVCTC reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids and to reject any or all bids.
