AdvancedED Parent Survey - HELP NEEDED
Students,
This is Dr. Harold Niehaus and I am asking for your help. We have a visit from two outside groups in November and they would like A LOT of our MVCTC parents/guardians to take a survey. So, this is where you come in; please ask your parents to go to our website and click the ! CTC-NOW button in the bottom left area of the screen or use this link: http://www.mvctc.com/ctc-now or this one from this email: http://www.advanc-ed.org/survey/public/5707987 ...and have them take the AdvancED Survey through any one of those options.
If they complete the anonymous survey and you would like for them to be in a drawing for one of the prizes below, all you need to do is print this paper, have them complete the information on the bottom form, cut on the lines, and deposit it in the DRAWING container at the West Building Cashier’s window by next Friday, October 3rd. (Remind your parents/guardians to copy down the number of questions in the main part of the survey so that they can place that number on their entry ticket below)
The winners will be drawn and announced the next week for these prizes!
- 1st drawing will be for a one night weekend stay at the Homewood Suites-Dayton Mall area (worth $154)
- 2nd drawing will be for a $100 VISA gift card
- 3rd drawing will be for 2 Prom Tickets for the 2015 MVCTC Prom (worth $50+/-)
