Advertisement for Bid
Sealed bids will be accepted by the Miami Valley Career Technology Center until 1:00 pm EDST, February 24, 2015, for its RAMTEC & BIT Lab Renovations and SAC Unit flooring replacement and slab renovation project in the East and West Buildings, after which they will be publicly opened and read in the Board Room of the Adult Education Building at 6801 Hoke Road, Englewood, Ohio 45315. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Address bids to the Office of the Treasurer, Miami Valley Career Technology Center, Administrative Offices, 6801 Hoke Road, Englewood, Ohio 45315. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 4 at 2:00 pm at the MVCTC Administrative Offices Board Room, 6801 Hoke Road, Englewood, OH. Contract Documents will be available to download from Pinnacle Architects FTP site. Email your request to mtaylor@pinnaclearchitects.com and you will receive an email with downloading instructions. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within ninety (90) days after the bid opening. The MVCTC reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids and to reject any or all bids.
